As far as computer tablets go, the Samsung Galaxy Tab is one of the biggest players right now. This is something that we completely understand since this device has a long list of features that anyone would want on a computer tablet. The fact alone that this tablet is small enough to place inside our pockets makes it a winner in our book. Of course, we also have other reasons for giving this device a generally favourable review.

A far as size goes, we have no complaints about the Galaxy Tab. Sure the 7-inch screen does not give you the pinnacle of movie-watching but this is a portable tablet device we are talking about. If you want the ultimate movie experience, you go to a cinema. It's as simple as that. Besides, we actually like that we can put the Galaxy Tab inside our pocket. It's not as small as a mobile phone but it's not bulky. We think that its thickness and overall size are just right. Ladies who are into small bags will have no complaints about the size and weight of this tablet, for sure.

While some people may still say that they prefer a much bigger tablet computer, we are sure that they will be just as happy as we are with the features and tablet functions of the device. When you take out one of the Samsung Galaxy deals available today, you will be given a tablet with a sensitive screen and a user interface that you can customise to a certain degree. We didn't have issues on the wiping, pinching, and tapping aspects of navigating the tablet.

Of course, the aspects of this tablet that we enjoyed the most are the camera, multi-tasking, and the fact that is has telephony functions. The camera is something that we think any portable tablet computer should have. These Samsung Galaxy deals will certainly spoil you with a 3.15MP snapper. Sure other top of the line smart mobiles have better cameras but really, this is better than nothing. Besides, the photos we took of the Galaxy Tab camera were outstanding. The LED flash sure helped in low-light conditions. Now we are aware that not all tablet computers may come with telephony features but we sure are happy about the fact that we can send SMS and make video calls with the Galaxy Tab.

Considering these features, we think that the Samsung Galaxy price plans offered today are reasonable. If Samsung plans on giving us more tablets in the future, perhaps a bigger screen and the latest OS will be called for. Adding FM radio and better viewing angles would be great, too. These additions may increase Samsung Galaxy price plans but we'd be willing to shell out money for it, for sure.

Samsung Galaxy Price 7.5: The galaxy Tablet is going down in price now, A fair price for this device would be £350. There is not many other tablets on the market just yet so the Samsung galaxy tab has had an easy ride with competition.

Samsung Galaxy Functions 9.5: Not a lot to complain about here, in fact some added bonus features. Front and back facing cameras. Ability to call and text!

Samsung Galaxy Touch Screen Response 9.5: The touch screen slowed on a few occossions, but nothing like a pc does during the day. Very impressive!

Samsung Galaxy Size 6.5: Great product but I struggle to use this to replace a laptop. The Samsung galaxy tab is great for reading ebooks, text messaging and occasional web browsing.

Samsung Galaxy Battery 9.5: The Samsung galaxy tab battery life is great, on our review we did charge it but unlike a laptop we were not running around within a few hours looking the electric socket! Big thums up for battery life!

Samsung Galaxy Internet Speed 10: Getting online is fast, staying online is constant and web pages load really quickly.

Samsung Galaxy Internet Surfing Ability 9.5: Surfing the web is easy, however, after a while if you don’t have a spate keyboard you do get a bit frustrated with the touch keypad. Much better than viewing the web via mobile phones, but lags behind the ipad in this area.

Samsung Galaxy Email 9.3: The Samsung Galaxy Tab is ideal for quick emails but I recommend a separate keypad if you need to type lengthy emails. Email viewing, organising and sending is miles better than with mobile phones. Email on the go that works!

Samsung Galaxy Appearance (cool looks) 9.5: First impression sticks with you. It is a lovely well put together tablet. If I could just stretch it slightly it would perhaps be the best tablet on the market due to the fact of the built in cameras!

Samsung Galaxy Overall Value 7.5: Paying close to £500 is excessive, but prices will drop this year and are as we speak! Samsung Galaxy Contracts will become greater as the mobile networks all fight for this space. It is an exciting time for newbie tablet users!

The Samsung Galaxy tab is a great tablet device, however, now that I am an avid ipad user the galaxy lacks behind somewhat. The screen size is just too small and in my opinion as tablets advance forward screens will grow much larger than the Samsung Galaxy Tablets. I can work from the ipad effortlessly but struggle with the Galaxy and have to user the keyboard for emailing as the touch screen doesn’t cut it for me. If this was as large as the ipad it would be almost as good!
