I am a fan of 10 inch tablets so the HTC Flyer was going to have to impress or be different in order for me to get attached with it. I only had 30 minutes in which to create my HTC Flyer Review but I knew the areas I wanted to test out, the first was the Magic Pen. Now giving this a name such as magic it must produce some forms of Magic and for me this is my most favourite gadget with any Tablet PC. The Magi Pen is an ideal tool for taking notes in a meeting and drawing out diagrams (ideal for Architects or Parents explaining Homework). The Flyer also has the intelligence to to link audio to notes you may take down in meetings! On the other side of the scale a child can have great fun doodling!

The HTC Flyer touch screen is responsive to a degree I would call perfect!

HTC User the term small enough to take anywhere while powerful enough to get the job done. I would recommend that you read that sentence again because in my mind that sums the HTC Flyer up to perfection!

The area everyone likes to discuss regarding tablets is the video player and with this tablet you can be satisfied with an HD Camcorder that takes use of the 7 inch display effectively. There are different android apps that will enhance this experience further and an area that will satisfy any wanabe film producer!

HTC Flyer Price 7 – The Flyer is higher priced that I would like it is estimated to be around £600, if so this in my opinion is £150 over priced.

HTC Flyer functions 9 – The functions on the Flyer are great, the pen is simply awesome! I tool a point of here for the screen size, but thats a personal preference.

HTC Flyer Touch Screen Response 10 – In a word perfect! The screen has the sense and ability to act differently depending on if you touch the screen with a pen or with your finger. An amazing gadget that is very engaging for adults and children alike!

HTC Flyer Size 9 – It is ideal for carrying around and is very mobile, however, working on the flyer can become frustrating when needing to highly focus, but if you are in the market for a 7 inch tablet this is the on! Gaming is fantastic on this device!

HTC Flyer Batter Life 10 – Compare the HTC Flyer to any laptop and you cant fail to be impressed, the battery will last a minimum of 8 hours but rumour has it you can get as much as 14 depending on type of useage.

HTC Flyer Internet Speed 10 –

HTC Flyer Internet Surfing Ability 9.5 – I cant fault the flyer for its ability to connect the web and stay connected! Loading pages is fast and with the entire web viewable because of the built in ability to read flash this is a tablet worthy of its place on the Market.

HTC Flyer Email 10 – A tablet is the perfect way to stay in touch via email, email is simple to use thanks to some powerful email programme such as Gmail.

HTC Flyer Appearance (Cool Looks) 10 - Simply its a 10 if this was a car it would be called a real heat turner! The HTC Flyer Tablet is one of sleek look and sophisticated styling!

HTC Flyer Overall Value 9 – I think there should be an entry model around £300 to compete with entry level laptops. Price will be a big factor in the tablet market in 2011 and 2012 more so, defiantly watch this space as there will be a fight for the customers at entry level.

It is always easy to make something good that little bit better. For me the htc flyer needs to be larger, if it grows in size not in weight. The ability to have a stand or a cover stand similar to the ipad 2.

The HTC Flyer tablet will be available from PCworld, Currys, Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U and probably most networks such as Vodafone, 3 mobile, Orange and T Mobile. Perhaps even o2. Other companies such as HMV & possibly Game may stock the HTC Flyer.
HTC Flyer Cost from all outlets is yet to be shown, but early indication is around £600.
