We have all eagerly awaited the launch of the Apple iPad 2! Now we have no longer to wait because it is going to be rolled out in the UK on 25th March 2011! For me personally the iPad 2 cover is as exciting as the iPad 2 launch. This may be a bold statement; however as a proud owner of the iPad one minor setback was when typing emails you would have to set the back of the iPad on anything to lift it up slightly to enable you to type. Well the new ipad cover fixes this!

Like everything Apple do, this is not ordinary! The iPad 2 cover is called the iPad smart cover and thats exactly what it is! The iPad 2 cover is held on by a magnetic fixing, so its click on click of! The iPad smart cover does not stop there by being fancy! It rolls back in a triangle format and this is where good becomes genius! As the iPad 2 cover slips round behind the iPad you now have a raised profile for typing and the cover becomes a keyboard stand! If you are finish typing and wish to watch a movie you simply place your iPad on its side and the cover acts as a stand to enable you to have it free standing!

When you are finished with your iPad you simply roll the cover back over and this puts you pad to sleep! As you roll the cover back your iPad 2 wakens up again!

There is 10 colours to choose from on your ipad 2 Smart cover, so there is a colour to suit your mood. Price of the iPad cover is still to be confirmed, but I predict you will be looking at around £50.
